Tree Commission

The Tree Commission is a five member advisory board that meets to consider business related to the Town's tree protection ordinance.  The scope of the Tree Commission, and the Town's tree protection ordinance, is outlined in Chapter 21, Zoning, Article XVII (Sec. 21-157 through Sec. 21-170). Regular Tree Commission Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month at 4:00 P.M. in the Town Hall Council Chambers. The application submission deadline for next months meeting is the 5:00 P.M. at Town Hall the Friday after the meeting. Submission dates and meeting dates are listed below. 

Public input for agenda items may be submitted by until noon the day of the meeting. Please submit correspondence to the Board at coxford@sullivansisland.sc.gov.
