Council has recently tasked Thomas and Hutton with exploring additional recreation concepts for the Stith Park Master Plan which could further enhance the Park experience.  To gather additional information, the engineer has been asked to delay the presentation scheduled for April 16, 2024 to a later to be determined date. Appropriate notification will be provided for the rescheduled presentation date.

  • 2923 Middle Street:  Bryce Richey, of Clarke Design Group, requests final approval to construct a new home on this vacant lot, with requests for additional principal building square footage and principal building coverage area, as well as additional front setback and second story side facade setback relief (PIN# 529-12-00-005).
  • 2424 Goldbug Avenue:  Heather Wilson, of Heather A. Wilson Architect, requests final approval to construct a new home to replace the existing home, with a request for side setback relief (PIN# 529-06-00-077).
