The Finance Department provides financial expertise to Town administration and manages all financial operations for departments within the Town.

• The department prepares the annual budget and audit.
• Staff handles payroll, accounts payable, maintenance of financial accounting records, collection of Town-wide funds, investing and borrowing activities, and other financial functions.     

The department includes the Town Comptroller and Accounting Clerk positions who work closely with the Town Administrator.

• FY27 Ordinance 2026-01-An Ordinance to Adopt the Town's Annual Budget for July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027 Which Includes the Operating and Capital Budgets for General Fund, the Water Fund, and the Sewer Fund.
