Due to extremely cold temperatures expected overnight and possible refreezing of bridges, we will have a delayed opening of Town offices at noon on Monday (2-2). 

Design Review Board

The Design Review Board is a historic preservation board that reviews and approves designs for new construction and renovations within the commercial and residential districts. Meetings are scheduled the third Wednesday of every month in the Town Hall Council Chambers. The application submission deadline for next months meeting is the 5:00 P.M. at Town Hall the Friday after the meeting. Submission dates and meeting dates are listed below. The DRB is comprised of 7 board members appointed by Town Council. Board applicants are appointed based on knowledge and interests in a variety of fields related to architecture and design.

Public input for agenda items may be submitted by until noon the day of the meeting. Please submit correspondence to the Board to coxford@sullivansisland.sc.gov.
