Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is an advisory committee to Council that reviews zoning related ordinances, subdivision and re-zoning requests, holds public hearings, engages in long-range Town planning and other requirements as outlined by the State of South Carolina Legislature and delegated by Town Council.  Meetings are scheduled for the second Wednesday of every month at 4:00 P.M. in the Town Hall Council Chambers. The Planning Commission is comprised of seven members appointed by Town Council on a three-year rotating basis.
