  • 1808 I’On Avenue (Abandonment Plat):  Chip Peabody, of Peabody and Associates, requests approval for the recombination of two parcels of land in the RS, Single-Family residential Zoning District: 1808 I’On Avenue, Lot 197 (TMS#529-09-00-002), and Beach Passage Way (TMS# 529-09-00-092), by abandoning the property line between the two parcels. This abandonment plat is requested under the terms and conditions of the Zoning Ordinance §21-12 A.
