Sullivan's Island is a low-lying area and vulnerable to heavy rains, storm surge and flooding. Many of these are impacts can be felt during a Hurricane. As unpredictable as these storms can be, the best course of action is to be prepared. Preparing a plan and knowing your evacuation route can save time and frustration.
