  1. 2101 Middle Street (Application):  D4 Partners, applicant, is requesting approval of a CC-District Special Exception to establish a short-term automobile parking lot, in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance §21-50 C (4) and §21-178.  (PIN# 529-09-00-135, formerly a portion of 529-09-00-022).
