TOWN OF SULLIVAN’S ISLAND

Pursuant to Section 6-1-80 of the South Carolina Code of Laws, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Town Hall, 2056 Middle Street, to gather public feedback on the following:

Proposed text amendment:

Modify subsection §21-27 C. (1) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce discretionary increases in principal building square footage for new construction.
