Jacky Gypin- Administrative Assistant, 4 Years on 04/16/2025
Jacky was hired in 2021 and is our Administrative Assistant and rose through the ranks to become the Accounts Payable clerk. She grew up on Sullivan’s Island, graduated from Presbyterian College, and traveled the world around before returning to her roots. Fire

Tom Kent- Firefighter, 4 Years on 04/02/2025
Tom was hired in October of 2023 as a full-time firefighter. In his spare time Tom likes to kayak, fish, and spend time back home in central Florida with family whenever he can. You can reach Tom at tkent@sullivansisland.sc.gov.

Planning and Zoning

Rebecca Fanning- Director of Resilience & Natural Resource Management, 1 year on 04/09/2025

Joshua Poole-  Patrol Officer, 17 Years on 04/01/2025

Greg Gress- Manager, 24 Years on 04/23/25
