Jacky Gypin- Administrative Assistant & Accounting Clerk, 5 Years on 04/16/2026
Jacky was hired in 2021 and is our Administrative Assistant and rose through the ranks to become the Accounting Clerk. She grew up on Sullivan’s Island, graduated from Presbyterian College, and traveled the world around before returning to her roots. Rebecca Fanning- Director of Resilience & Natural Resource Management, 5 year on 04/09/2026
Rebecca joined the team in April of 2024 as the Director of Resilience & Natural Resource Management. She oversees projects related to flood resilience, tree protection, and the preservation of the maritime forest. She can be reached at 843-883-5746 or rfanning@sullivansisland.sc.gov.

Joshua Poole-  Corporal, 18 Years on 04/01/2026

Greg Gress- Manager, 25 Years on 04/23/26
