Matt Jensen

Matt Jensen- Fleet and Maintenance Technician, 2 Year on 03/25/2026
Matt was hired March of 2024 as the Fleet Maintenance Technician. He has been a technician for over 15 years and has multilayered experience with vehicles, heavy equipment, and small equipment. Drew Levay

Drew Levay- Fire Captain,  24 Years on 03/04/2026
Andrew was born in California and moved to the Mount Pleasant area in the 80's.  He started service as a volunteer at Isle of Palms Fire and began working for the citizens of Sullivan’s Island in March of 2002. Police Department

Collin Livingston

Collin Livingston- Beach Service Officer, 3 Years on 03/25/2026
Collin joined the Sullivan's Island Police Department as a Beach Service Officer in March of 2023. He is currently a student at the Citadel and plans to graduate May 2024 with a bachelor's degree in Intelligence and Security Studies. Collin loves patrolling the beach and streets of Sullivan's Island, chatting up members of the community and assisting his fellow officers. Chuck Hill- Beach Services Officer, 3 Years on 03/23/26 (Picture temporarily unavailable.)
Chuck began his law enforcement career with the Sullivan’s Island Police Department as a Beach Service Officer in March 2023. Prior to joining the force, Chuck spent 24 successful years with PepsiCo in the Pepsi Cola division. His 24 years in an executive level position took him to 4 different states gaining a wealth of knowledge in the beverage industry. A Charlotte native, Chuck has lived in Mount Pleasant for 23 years. Having graduated in 1981 from East Carolina University and having spent most of his life in the Carolinas, he considers himself a true Carolinian. Since retiring from PepsiCo, he has continued his growth in many fields including; firefighter, first responder, boat captain, water safety instructor, lifeguard, and wedding minister. Chuck uses his time away from the police department for fishing, golf, and travel. Working as a Beach Service Officer is a fulfilling and rewarding job and one that he likes very much. Being a part of this great island team and the daily chance to leave the beach and its beach goers better than he found them each day is the reason. Matt Williamson

Matt Williamson- Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator, 6 Years on 03/30/2026
