The Sullivan’s Island Fire Department, Maintenance Department and Volunteer Fire and Rescue staff have been working hard for the past several weeks under the guidance of Santa’s elves to decorate Stith Park for the holiday season. Please join us in the park on Friday, December 4, 2020 for the festivities. Entertainment will begin 5:30PM with holiday music from the award winning Wando Chorus who is giving their only performance this year for the Island.  The Park will be illuminated at approximately 5:50 PM followed by a fireworks display.  Middle Street between Station 20 and Station 22 will be closed for pedestrian safety and in an effort to allow for social distancing. Unfortunately, because of the COVID pandemic, it will not be possible to serve the traditional holiday pizza.  Moreover, Santa Claus has advised that he will not be able to attend in an effort to remain healthy for his duties on Christmas Eve.

Remember to wear your mask, maintain a social distance of six (6) feet, and leave your pet who may be frightened by fireworks at home.
