Beginning on August 18, 2020, the Town will be resuming the public comment portion of Town Council meetings. Residents of Sullivan’s Island are invited to sign-up in advance for verbal public comments during the August 18, 2020 Town Council meeting taking place via Zoom. All residents who wish to speak during the meeting must email their first and last name, address and topic to email@example.com no later than 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2020. All verbal comments will have a time limit of two (2) minutes. Speakers must turn on their video and make sure that their actual name shows up as their Zoom identifier, and mute themselves after their comments.
At this initial stage, non- residents of Sullivan’s Island are invited to submit written comments only. Please send any written comments to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2020. All written comments submitted on time will be acknowledged during the meeting.
All public comments (verbal and written) will be considered a part of the public record and will be included in the meeting minutes.
