The Blood Connection will be hosting a blood drive event at the Sullivan’s Island Elementary School parking lot located at 2014 Mike Perkis Place on Saturday, June 27 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Blood supplies always seem to be critically low.  In addition to saving someone’s life with your donation, donors will receive results from the highly accurate MUSC developed COVID-19 antibody test (results take 7 to 10 days) and a $20 Visa gift card. This is a great opportunity to both give blood and determine previous exposure to COVID-19.

Time slots booked up in two hours earlier this week; so, The Blood Connection doubled the size of the event by providing approximately 40 additional slots.
