Due to an increased volume of business license applications, please follow the steps below to expedite the process.

New Account Holders:

Step 1: Download and fill out the business license application form by clicking here. 

Step 2: Email the completed application along with your yearly gross income for Sullivan's Island to Jessi Gress at jgress@sullivansisland.sc.gov.

Step 3: Wait to receive conformation from Jessi Gress or another member of the Building Department. 

Step 4: Once you have received conformation from the Building Department, you may visit BS&A Online by clicking here and create an account.

Step 5: Login to your BS&A Online Account by clicking here and select "License Application and Business Management."

Step 6: Reach out to jgress@sullivansisland.sc.gov for a pin number. 

Step 7: Select, "View Licenses".

Step 8: Select your current licenses. 

Step 8: Select "Pay Now" and continue through the payment section.

Existing Account Holders:

Step 1: Login to your BS&A Online Account by clicking here and select "License Application and Business Management."

Step 2: Select, "View Licenses".

Step 3: Select your current licenses. 

Step 4: Print License
