Council has recently tasked Thomas and Hutton with exploring additional recreation concepts for the Stith Park Master Plan which could further enhance the Park experience.  To gather additional information, the engineer has been asked to delay the presentation scheduled for April 16, 2024 to a later to be determined date. Appropriate notification will be provided for the rescheduled presentation date.

Join your friends and neighbors Saturday, November 16th at 9AM at Station 22 Beach for a Beach Sweep! Help keep our beach clean and our island beautiful. Reusable gloves, bags and hand sanitizer will be provided. A volunteer from the SC Aquarium will be on hand with data sheets to help catalog the various debris found on the beach. This data is useful in driving solutions! Volunteers can also use the SC Aquarium’s Citizen Science App (available for free in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.) It is a litter-free, digital journal to help keep track of the trash collected.
