Greg Gress

Andy Williams

Andy Williams (Chief Operator) has been with SIWSD since July 2018. He supervises the staff and overall day-to-day operations. Matt Williamson

Matt Williamson (Wastewater Treatment Plant Lead Operator) Matt has been with SIWSD since March 30, 2020. Tyler Potter

Tyler Potter (Wastewater Collection System Lead Operator) Tyler has been with SIWSD since June 29, 2020. He oversees the Sewer Collection System. Brad Lloyd

Brad Lloyd (Operator Trainee) Brad has been with the department since August 2026. He joined as seasonal part time and quickly demonstrated a willingness learn and to become a Operator trainee.  He currently holds a Wastewater Treatment Trainee License, a Water Distribution Trainee License, and a Water Treatment Trainee License.
